Yes. On all but our Yokto plan you can host as many domains as you want, they can be individual websites, or they can all point to the same website e.g. You’ve got the .uk, .co.uk and .com of your domain name and they all need to point to load the same website for users.
Yes we can. For simple websites we don’t charge for helping you move them over to us, if your site is WordPress for example then we’re unlikely to charge you. If you’ve got a more complex website or a number of sites that all need transferring at the same time then we may charge. If you’re in any doubt then it’s best to book a chat with us so we can give you a definitive answer.
Yes they do. It usually takes about 2-5 minutes from you adding your domain to the server for it to start working, providing the domain is already on our nameservers or has already had the DNS records updated.
Of course we’d like you to register your domain names with us, it can certainly make things easier in some situations, but there’s no requirement for you to register them with us or transfer them to us to use our hosting services.
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not happy with our website hosting. We’ll refund your monthly fee back to the payment method used, no arguments.
If you’re registered a domain name whilst setting up the account the fees for domain registration can’t be refunded as domain names are a customised product and the registration can’t be reversed.

Yes, if your websites are all on the same server as each other (all websites for an account are created on the same server) then they will all have the same IP address. If you need a website on a different IP address then please get in touch with one of our team.

Yes, we accept UK BACS Direct Debit payments via our payment partner, Stripe.
It depends. For payments over £250 we accept online bank transfer, for amounts less than this unfortunately we don’t due to the extra work involved in tallying payments. You can however pay by Direct Debit via our payment partner, Stripe, if you wish to pay direct from your bank account.

Yes you can. You can either make one-off payments each month when each invoice is raised or you can setup a PayPal subscription to automatically pay the monthly invoice for you.
